Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

Most orders placed before 11AM PST may be shipped on the same day using Fed Ex or UPS Express Services. If the product is shipped out of our west coast distribution warehouse, we can often execute the order as late as 4 pm EST. Please note we make every effort to ship ASAP on all orders but certain manufacturers require a 2-3 day lead time. It is recommended you call before placing the order to verify availability.

SPECIAL NOTE: Orders Received during Holidays and Weekends
We receive hundreds of orders each day and fill them in the order that they are received.
In most instances we are able to ship the same day the order was received if received by 11am PST.
Unfortunately we DO NOT SHIP on weekends or scheduled holidays.
For orders received after our same-day cutoff time of 11am PST, the day prior to the holiday or a weekend, shipping will resume the following business day. Estimated delivery times are always calculated in business days. Also, note that weekends and holidays during your order transit will delay your order to be received accordingly. Carrier and tracking information will always be provided to you once your product has shipped. If a shortage occurs, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt otherwise your order will be deemed complete.

Please note: we have a 1-3 day processing time (excluding weekends and holidays). That means, if you place your order on Saturday, it MAY not leave our warehouse until Wednesday. Our shipping team is really fast and they do a great job, but due to instances beyond our control, your order may take up to three business days to leave our warehouse.

Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day

For all time-sensitive orders we suggest contacting us prior to placing your order. We would be pleased to confirm availability, and suggest the best freight method to meet your deadline.

2. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Requests for Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

2.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;or
  2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2.2 below.

2.2 The costs of returning goods to us shall be your responsibility and a 25% restock fee shall apply.
2.2a A repackaging fees may also apply pending inspection of the receiving entity.
2.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less the restock fee and/or repackaging fee.
  1. Shipping is non-refundable
  2. For items that receive free shipping that are returned the customer will be charged for the original shipping fee when credits are issued.This includes partial order returns.
2.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
  1. in the event that the product has been used.
  2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
  3. the product is not in resale condition
  4. Software and Batteries

    The provisions of this clause 2.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
2.5 Please note some items are non-cancellable and non-returnable, please contact us  prior to purchase for more details.
2.6 All Taxes, Duties, or any other fees or special conditions are the responsibility of the purchaser
2.7 Some products are unavailable for shipment outside the US or will need to be quoted before purchase. Please contact us for more information.
2.8 Products under $25 are non-returnable
